Traveled with two large families and felt that the resort accommodated our joint party of 10 for meal seating, pool/beach cabana reservations and excursion planning at A+ levels. The 2 bedroom Edition Suites are top-notch; incredible design, views and comfort. Huge value over adjoining St. Regis property, with nearly identical rooms/amenities at reduced booking rates (+ the Edition was much quieter during our stay). This will be a top 10% Caribbean Mexican Resort in the next 12 months as more reviews/experience is spread....

The design of the property is immaculate?and having the close proximity of the St. Regis and Etereo properties was fantastic?to explore other dining options.? The gym is well equipped?and the spa is fantastic.? Highly recommend a Hamman treatment and allowing extra time to soak in the Vitality Pools; they are wonderful.?? Incredible dining experience on our last evening at?KI’IS.? Staff attention and the meal were exceptional.?? Special shout out to Willy, Daniel, Carlos, and Marco at the?SO’OL Beach Club, and Leslie at KI'IS.? Great staff!

Upon stepping into the lobby, you are instantly enveloped in a calming atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality provided by the staff is exceptional. Every employee greets you with a smile and is genuinely happy to see you. We celebrated a special girls' weekend for a couple of birthdays, and Joshua from the Guest Experience team truly made it memorable for us. Phillipe from the restaurant provided outstanding service, ensuring our night was special, while Salmon and Ramone at the beach were always one step ahead of our requests. Unanimously, we agreed that the spa experience was one of the best we've ever had. The team was wonderful, offering a relaxing and thoughtful experience. This new hotel is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for a couples’ retreat, friends' getaway, or even a solo trip. It’s also a great place for group meetings!

When I arrived I had forgotten to ask for connecting rooms as we had little kids and the front office manager Igor Radojkovic went out of his way to switch our rooms and make sure our 4 rooms where all nearby. The staff was all pleasant and knowledgeable. The pools are incredible. We needed help with something and Igor was there again to help us. I highly reccomend this property.
